Spaghetti Sauce

Spaghetti Sauce

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 5 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 – 32oz. can of tomato sauce
  • 3 lg. cans of tomato paste
  • ½ c. Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • 2 chicken bullion cubes
  • 3 tsp. oregano
  • 3 bay leaves

Brown the hamburger and stew meat in a Tablespoon of oil.  Stir in the onion and celery until softened slightly.  Drain fat if needed.  Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 days, being careful not to scorch it.
